Deb and I wanted to express our entire satisfaction with the job you did on our new home. We had two other homes built and in neither of those cases did the builders come even close to providing the same quality experience. From our first meeting thru to the completion you have always provided service above our highest expectations. Your attention to detail, quality of your employees and subs, constant updates, being able to meet with us when we could come down, and your ability to have the house completed on schedule (actually early) was outstanding. I would like to be able to give you suggestions as to what you could do better but can not come up with one item. We have now been in the house for seven months and still are amazed at the promptness of return calls and having any small items corrected right away. You met every challenge posed by our project with the epitome of client service and created a seamless process while working with an out of town architect and clients who were over 3 hours away. Throughout the building process, you kept us informed of progress, stayed on schedule and made sure we were aware of the budget.
Most importantly, you stayed true to our design and worked to ensure that the home, we and our architects envisioned was the one which was built. The team at Brandywine demonstrated creativity and passion in addressing each challenge posed by our design: steel framing, unique window structures and challenging finish work.
We will miss working with you but will enjoy having you over to our home for a post beach cocktail.
